Training Schedule:
Binghamton; 2-3x Weekly; 2 Local Training Sessions Plus a monthly Sunday session
* Hosting available training in both Binghamton and Ithaca will enable the coaching
and leadership team to continue expansion across the 13 counties we presently serve.

2023/2024 BC United Premier Training Fee Schedule and Cost Breakdown:
Player Registration: $60 due as a one-time payment for the season at online player
registration through Teamsnap. All players are expected to be primarily rostered with BC
United Premier Soccer. Please discuss with the coach, DOC, and club administrator if there are any questions.
Training Fee/Payment Schedule: Our training commitment fees are assessed on an
annual basis as training runs November-end of June. They are collected in installments to assist families with budgeting.
Eight (8) Installments; Paid by the 15th of each month; October 2023, November 2023,
December 2023, January 2024, February 2024, March 2024, April 2024, May 2024

Training Fee Payment Schedule: Eight (8) Installments; Paid by the 15th of each month; September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May. -Players new to BC United in 2022-2023 mid-season please see Club Admin, Jen Blackman, for the fee schedule. All returning BC United players will follow the fee schedule below regardless of registration month. Our fees are assessed on an annual basis although broken out in payment installments for family budgeting purposes.

2023/2024 BCU Premier League and Event info:
Please see the attached grid for each player’s team event and league schedule. All players are expected to be available for BC United Premier’s 2023/2024 League and Event calendar as a primary team obligation. Any secondary rostering of players is to be discussed with the coach, DOC, and club administrator.
League Fees:
Development Player League (girls) and Elite Club League (boys)-- 2012 and older primary leagues. Both are club-to-club leagues so the club must host 6 age groups that will all play a respective opponent club all on the same day facilitated and organized by the club (not team).

● DPL League-2011 and older-billed through the club once in November ($200) and once in February ($200) to cover the cost of DPL League and also the mandatory National event the league hosts. Covers all costs except travel costs for annual league obligations.
Boys- EliteAcademyLeague.com
● EA League-2011 and older-billed through the club once in November ($200) and once in February ($200) to cover the cost of the EA League and also the mandatory National event the league hosts. Covers all costs except travel costs for annual league obligations.
Girls and Boys
● Pre-DPL and Pre-EA--2012 age group-billed through the club once in November ($100) and once in February ($100) to cover the cost of the DPL and EA League. There is no mandatory national event at this age. Covers all costs except travel costs for annual league obligations. If the conference cannot host a Pre-league division the teams will assess with club appropriate league placement (EDP or NYSW leagues). Second installment will be prorated to the actual league cost if non-DPL or EA league.
Girls and Boys
● U10-Team Coach and Administrator will work with the club on league determination. League will be billed upon participation through the individual team
Event Fees
All events (excluding League National events) will be billed through the team upon participation in the event. All fees for events will be billed several weeks prior to the event date and should be paid prior to leaving for the respective event.
● Outdoor small-sided event fees costs estimated at $50-$90/event
● Outdoor large-sided event fees cost estimated at $125-$160/event
Game day kits and training kits:
Each player will need to purchase a gray training jersey and a white training jersey on the 2023 Capelli Teamstore-$16 per jersey (training shorts and socks can be any black shorts and socks)---They are the same as the 2022/2023 training jersey. No need to purchase if retained from the previous season.
Each player will need to purchase a blue and green Capelli game day kit from the 2023 Capelli Teamstore-approximate cost per kit is $80--All players in 2023 will need both kits--the blue is different from the current blue kit
July 2023 the Teamstore will open with the option to start ordering new kits. Please see the team administrator for the link.
BC United Premier Fall 2023 Programming
Teams:
Boys-2015B, 2014B, 2013B, 2012B, 2011B**
Girls-2015G, 2014G, 2013G, 2012G, 2011G**
**2011B and 2011G will be offered from a training perspective. We understand this age group can be split between 6th and 7th graders, therefore, involving school soccer. If either team has enough for a team or we have enough for a co-ed team; we may explore the Broome County Soccer League U13 age group.

Thruway League-2012G**, 2013/2014G, 2012B
BCSA-2014/2015G, 2013B/2014B, 2014B/2015B
**The DPL is exploring a 2012 Pre-DPL Fall season. We have let them know we are interested if we can also get some of the other NY teams involved. If that comes together, we will participate in that vs the Thruway League only in the 2012G age group.
Training Dates/Times/Location:
All training will take place Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15pm-6:45pm at BC United Soccer Complex in Endicott.

Game Dates/Location:
This will be scheduled with the respective league by team manager and/or coach. All game schedules will be placed in each team’s respective Teamsnap
account. Most games will be played on a Saturday or a Sunday (occasional weeknight may be needed).
Fall Tournaments:
Each respective coach and manager will determine if their team will add a fall tournament to the calendar. The cost per tournament will be outside of any
fall programming fees collected and will be charged upon participation by the team.
Fall Programming Costs:
BC United Premier registration fee-$60 (This is the one-time annual registration fee which will cover your player for the full 2022/2023 season at BC United)
Fall Training Fee/League Fee-$125/player
2011 age group training only-$65 (If a league is added cost will increase to $125 fee)
All fall programming costs will be invoiced through the club via Teamsnap
